What do I get when I buy a digital print?

A high-resolution file sized for A1 printing (594 x 841mm). Because it's high-res, you can also have it printed smaller — A2, A3, or whatever size suits your space — at any print shop.

How do I receive my digital file?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll get a download link so you can save the file straight away. No shipping, no waiting.

Can I print it anywhere in the world?

Yes. The file is a standard high-resolution format that any local print shop, anywhere in the world, can print for you — so there's no international shipping or customs to worry about.

What size should I print it at?

The file is set up for A1 (594 x 841mm), but it will look sharp printed smaller too — A2 or A3 are popular choices for smaller walls.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

As these are instant digital files, we're not able to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If anything goes wrong with your order, let us know and we'll sort it out.

Do you ship framed prints internationally?

Framed and printed originals ship from Cape Town — shipping cost and time will depend on your location. Digital downloads are the easiest option if you're outside South Africa and want your print right away.
